  • No. Come as you are - diagnosed, self-identified or just curious about what could help.

  • I offer therapy-led coaching and psychological wellness support. Where specialised mental health treatment is required, I’ll signpost sensitively.

  • Some people feel clearer after a few sessions; others prefer longer-term support. We’ll review regularly and decide together.

  • Yes - always with consent and safeguarding in place. Parent/carer collaboration is welcomed.

  • Rates are transparent with concession options. Please get in touch for current fees.

  • Yes, with standard safeguarding exceptions (where someone may be at risk). I’ll explain this clearly before we begin.

  • Primarily online (video/phone) across the UK; in-person may be available by arrangement.
